CONSULTANCY

A trustee board may feel confident of its own abilities but nonetheless from time to time appreciate comments from an experienced professional to ensure it is properly focused on all areas of trusteeship.

We are able to attend meetings and/or training sessions on a consultancy basis to review and report back on a trustee board’s procedures, paying particular attention to areas where the board may lack experience, and to suggest the implementation or variation of procedures to augment or strengthen the performance of the board.

This may be an ad hoc appointment where the board is experiencing new or complicated transactions, such as a company acquisition or disposal, or where new trustees have been appointed, or may be on a regular basis to assist with a board’s own development programme.
