SECTION 120 NOTICES
When an Insolvency Practitioner is appointed to a company which has a pension scheme, an assessment must be made as to whether or not the Board of the Pension Protection Fund (PPF) and the Pensions Regulator should be notified.
It is the nature of the pension arrangement that determines whether or not a report is required under Section 120 of the Pensions Act 2004, and it is vital that action is taken very quickly to avoid censure. Alexander Forbes Trustee Services can help with this assessment and the completion of the report for a fixed fee of £55 + VAT.
